If you tick a checkbox to opt-in to our Mailing List whilst submitting a form, or you submit a Mailing List subscription form, we will use your personal information to periodically send you emails relating to our services, such as upcoming event updates. You can stop receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such email you receive from us.

If you submit a membership / donation form, we will use your personal information to periodically send you emails relating to your membership or donation. These emails are strictly informational in nature and relate directly to specific or important information or requests about your membership or donation.

We do not forward your personal information to third parties such as other businesses, organisations, or vendors partnered with us. Only in circumstances where it is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do automatically forward certain personal information to third party platforms directly connected to the Site, which we use to help manage your personal information securely and to better provide our services to you. Situations where we forward your personal information to third party platforms:

  • If you tick a checkbox to opt-in to our Mailing List whilst submitting a form, or you submit a Mailing List subscription form, we will send some of your personal information to a third party platform to help us manage your opt-in preferences and to send you periodic emails based on your opt-in preferences. You are able to manage your own personal information and opt-in preferences via this third party platform.
  • If you submit a membership / donation form, some of your personal information will be collected by our third party payments platform, Stripe. If you sign up to a recurring yearly membership, Stripe will securely store your credit card details so that automatic renewals can be processed when your membership is due for renewal. You will receive emails from Stripe relating to your membership renewal and will have access to a secure online portal to update your payment details, or to change or cancel your membership renewal at any time.

Our website may contain links to the websites of other entities. If you click on such links, you will be transferred to the website of these entities. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these entities. How we keep YOUR information safe

We understand that security of personal information is paramount and we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold in our servers is not subject to loss, misuse or unauthorised access or alteration.
