One year in. What began as a signal has grown into a living system, sound, people and ideas intersecting in motion. CON/VERGE marks one year of Kymatic events, exploring convergence through psytrance, progressive, techno, UKG and drum & bass, inspired by geometry, frequency, pattern and flow.

Vivaek is a Sydney-based DJ and producer specialising in progressive psytrance, blending emotive melodies with driving basslines to shape immersive dancefloor journeys. Co-running The Caldera, he curates underground radio and events while drawing on Indian heritage and melancholic textures in his productions. Vivaek has supported Astrix, Mandragora, Liquid Soul and Ace Ventura, and performed across major Australian and New Zealand festivals, delivering refined, high-energy sets.

Uprising is a Blue Mountains–based DJ and producer specialising in drum & bass and halftime, delivering high-energy sets driven by forward-thinking sound design and technical precision. Focused on unique sonic architecture and future-facing production, their sound represents the next wave of local bass energy emerging from the mountains.

Dread Maiden is a Newcastle-based DJ and founder of Newy Bass Crew, moving through deep jungle and drum & bass with psychedelic and dub influence alongside future garage and experimental bass. Having supported Dillinja, KOAN Sound and Teddy Killerz, and played festivals including Subsonic, Earth Frequency and Dragon Dreaming, her evolving selections explore the deeper edges of underground bass while championing stronger female representation.

Supporting the night are Kymatic residents Brez, Chaisma, KJ Kinetic & Voz, guiding the room through wide-ranging selections and long-form flow, building space for movement, curiosity and connection.
